30-Day Return Window
We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the delivery date (as confirmed by your tracking number) to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact Us: To start a return, please contact us at info@strictlyirons.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Shipping Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs
We cover the cost of return shipping for all returns. If your item is approved for return, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@strictlyirons.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Fishing Rods: All fishing rods, due to their limited drop nature, are non-returnable.
Custom Products: Custom products (such as our exclusive custom rods) are non-returnable.
Other Items: Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to initiate a return first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Please remember that banks and credit card companies may take additional time (typically 5-10 business days) to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at info@strictlyirons.com.
