This document provides details on our processing, shipping methods, and costs to ensure clarity and transparency for all customers.

1. Geographic Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United States (U.S.) to all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Estimated Delivery Time

We offer one standard shipping method: Ground Shipping.

Free Shipping: We offer free Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $75.00 or more (excluding taxes). For orders under $75.00, a flat rate of $5.00 applies.

3. Estimated Delivery Time Breakdown

The total delivery time is the sum of our Processing Time and the Transit Time.

  • Processing Time (Handling): All orders are processed, quality checked, and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Transit Time: Once your order is shipped, the carrier typically delivers it within 2–5 business days (depending on your location).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Your package should arrive within 5–8 business days from the date the order was placed.

4. Custom Orders and Oversized Items

  • Custom Orders: Orders containing custom products or services will require a longer processing time, which will be communicated to you via email upon order confirmation (typically 5–10 business days).

  • Oversized Item Surcharge: Our flat rate and free shipping threshold include any required handling for oversized items like fishing rods. No separate surcharge will be added for shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Strictly Irons is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Please also notify us at info@strictlyirons.com so we can assist you with the claims process.
